Heavy Lag Experienced by Multiple Users

Issue:

 

Several users on PVP3 are reporting serious lag starting around 10 minutes ago.

 

Symptoms:

 

Port UI refresh isn't happening for 5-45 seconds.

 

Steps to Repro:

 

Click onto store tab

Select separate items

Note the refresh time

Same on PVP2 US. Same timing, symptoms, and amount.

Severe lag on USA PVP2 as well. Trying to log in but when choosing Character and clicking start, nothing happens. In loading screen over 3 minutes before logging in to the game properly,.

Yep, US PVP 2 is going crazy right now. Everything on the port UI is extremely laggy.  Warehous items appear/disappear, shop not updating, ships appearing/disappearing.  General slow downs on just about everything.  Not even going to try and leave port and see what happens.

having the same issue as Khand only I got in and once I got to port ship selection was gone, warehouse was gone shops and crafting windows were only thing working. sent a bug report via f11 as well

Short maintenance on PvP Two USA

Because of network issues between our provider and some EU providers we need to execute short maintenance on PvP Two USA server.

 

Expected down time 30 minutes, it may be extended in case if issue wouldn't be fixed in that period.
