Try to get away, but the Fleet that started the battle says something about ram and sink my friend, which they try to do. Come end of battle, I get rammed and sunk by the lot of them. Gin Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 Hello I was unable to get screenshots of them as they ran him over as he was too far away. The entire match they split up and tried to separate us from each other and attempted to run us over. They rammed into my friend to stop him from moving and allowed the 3rd rate player Nexuss to ram him over. I suppose he didnt get the best screenshot of it but in screenshot and minimap it clearly shows one ship being near him and it being the one that flipped him over. They made their intentions to grief and force the loss of his ship from the start as well as opened fire on me in an attempt to demast me. In my haste to attempt to get as much of their actions against us I was not aware that the screenshot button for the game was P and not printscreen. I did get the ones of them attempting to demast me however through steam on accident when I hit F12 by mistake.

Gin Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 He did not stop infront of it he was hit by your fleetmate which jacknifed him as you ran him down. Its pretty clear from the chat log you were attempting to just run us over from the start. Pretty shameful display in a game which I was told had an awesome community but the lot of you with your attempts to crush us as well as shoot us have proved otherwise. Unfortunately the tribunal system we were told about seemed a nice type of recourse to help newer players deal with and be aware of people who just want to ruin the game for others.

Gin Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 Then why even bother shooting at me when its green on green? log clearly shows you shooting at me with nothing else anywhere near us. Also is it not suspicious that the entire game after you say " run this guy over " that the 6 of you ran one over? Its kinda sad that what are older and more experienced players have to do to ruin the fun for others for no reason other than "its your area". After having read the rules of the sea for this game I was under the impression that this type of behavior was not to be tolerated in this game. I can just hope that some justice will be dispensed upon those who attempt to make the game worse for others by taking advantage of newer and less experienced players.
Zilas Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 Real half of us was Fing afk in front of the port... and 1 of you 2 dragged us into that battle and now your flaming us for sinking 1 of you cors you dropped your sails infront of 2 3rd rates 1 of them with 30% crew and another1 with 23% crew what did you expect ??

I never stopped, you continued to truckasaurus me down as I try to escape, then laugh. Then when I say I'm reporting you all cry wolf about an accident.
Gin Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 (edited) Sure thing my apologies Henry. We were sailing back into port from doing our missions and were dragged into the AI battle. At the onset of the battle as you can see from the chatlog they had intent to ram me. I attempted to screenshot them almost running over me before I was able to get on a better sailing angle and get some distance, unfortunately my lack of experience in the game meant I had used print screen instead of P to capture this. As the game went on they bullied us away from each other with constant attempts to run us down in an attempt to sink us. Sadly they succeeded in cornering my friend and ramming him causing him to turn into their 3rd rate which promptly ran him down. As you can see from my screenshots and their joviality in the chat at about the same time I was fired upon into my sails by Trebs. In the screenshot after the damage log showing him opening fire green on green at me I took to show that indeed there were no enemy ships near me and it was not an accident. I tried to get the map showing the 2 of them crushing him. I wasnt able to get that unfortunately for future encounters such as this I now know the correct keys to take as screenshot to get more proof. At the very least I was able to get him opening fire on me and the results as well as the chatlog of them most certainly did show intent to do nothing more than ruin the fun of newer players for no other reason than what I assume them not liking us in their usual area. I have had nothing but a very positive experience with this game up until this point in the reactions with this group of bullies. I can only hope that what we do have will be enough to have alteast somthing done about this issue. Their behavior isnt what the game is about. If they were upset we got dragged into the mission a simple " can you please leave" would have been more than enough but the rash action of attempting to destroy our ships is to far and clearly against the rules of the open world. At no point did we ever fire on them let alone speak to them until they managed to run my friend down after the better part of half an hour they succeeded. Its just kinda sad that instead of trying to help new players you have what are experienced players out to do no more than just ruin a couple guys fun " just cause" . Edited February 6, 2016 by Gin

You and your clanmates set out to do nothing more than grief us and destroy our ships. You managed you get my friend and fortuitously the match ended shortly after. You shot a broadside into and some of them hit me after the start of the game you were out to get us for no reason. Its shown there who is to say that you would've have fired more once you reloaded to finish me off. There is no reason that you had to run my friend over nor shoot at me in an attempt to damage my ship to bring me down. I've already spoken my side if you have any legit reason that you fired green on green on us and ran my friend over. If you have screenshots showing your side of the story I would be more than happy to view them and your point of view. I will admit we dropped the ball with out inexperience and did mess up what im sure was damning evidence against you and your friends. Thats all we have and I can just hope that whom ever decides the outcome of this can see the actual evidence we have provided and bring justice to us and punish those who just wish to ruin the fun of new players and bring the game down as a whole.
