Reporting a few toxic people in chat

I don't have proof, check chat logs in Pirate chat, I also reported them in-game.

The way to report people who are being toxic in chat is to right click their name when they say something that is against the rules, and then click the "Report" option.  You won't see anything happen, but all reports are logged and followed up on.
