docks

when I'm in the docks on us Charleston where I just started in new but I can't see anything besides blue like where are the ships and the view I can only view how to start battles set sail. You know the lettering for everything but no dock display

The Port User Interface is in minimalist mode until the game is more fully featured.  Expect a prettier interface while in port at a later date.
