White screen of Death

So I recently purchased the game via steam download.  I successfully installed DX11 the redistro and tried applying a few of the suggestions found on your forums but I still cant get it to work.  Think you could give me a hand pls... Attached are the files referenced when I send report. also attached is DXdiag txt.  NAS-126285 

 

Scratch that... apparently I cannot upload the .TMP files associated with the crash so all i have attached is DXDIAG

Unfortunately, Radeon HD 4870 does not support DirectX 11 and shader model 5. You need to upgrade the GPU to launch the game.
