Still no preorder ships

I preordered and received my yacht. I also logged in as requested and made a character for the other preorder ships(niagara etc) and never received my other 2 ships. Other players I play with already received theirs. Why is it taking so long for mine?

When exactly did you log in?

 

What server (or servers) did you log in to?

I logged in as requested before the 5am PST, before the 21st I believe was the date. I don't remember which server it was but it was a U.S. Server. After release I made a player on pvp2 and still only had my yacht.

You said you "logged in", but then later you say you "made a player".  Did you create a character before the 21st on any of the servers?  If so, which one(s)?

Sad that I missed the log in by 2 days but purchased the game near 2 years ago and only got a yacht.... which becomes useless really fast

Yes I did make a player. Then I had to make a new one after the 21st. I don't remember what server I made the guy on before the 21st as there was only one server out of two that was available.

On the 21st, there was PvP1, PvP2, and PvE1.  Please check all three of those servers to see if your Redeems are there.

 

Did you redeem anything on the character you deleted?

Will check as soon as I get off work.

If I have them on another server, do they have to stay on that server? I only used it because that was the only one operational and wanted to make sure I got them.

I found my items on the US PVE1 Server.  That was the only server up when I logged in. 

 

 

I was also told that you can make it so I can redeem them on US PVP 2 server?  Is that correct?
