Cant find

Im pretty new but have not been able to find any current news , info or notes on this game. All the info i find is from a year ago and vauge as can be.

For instance i am trying to find what you need to do to build a second outpost and how you do it and regardless of what i google i cant find anything.

Does anyone know a good place to find up to date news or info on upcoming stuff etc or how i can make a outpost.
