Doge Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 I personally use Steam's forum more since it's so much easier to go there then actually opening the web browser; at least in my opinion. Which do you use more? A more important question, does Game Labs looks at the Steam forum? It's quite obvious this forum will be used more, but will Steam be given any attention? PS: Yes, I do know this will be a biased poll. 1
admin Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 we monitor both with same dedication. We are and will be more active during feedback collection stage and right after patches. Currently we are testing group functionality that will be pushed on steam beginning next week - so spend more time working and less talking. 1
Cerebus Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Game labs forum all the time. Steam forums are usually full of people asking whether the game's worth it and whether it'll be on sale soon or not, or random Russian posts. The Game labs forum is full of intelligent sensible wargamers who are interested in the game tactics and development of the game itself. 1
JohnnyJingles Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 I also dislike the steam forums i much prefer a more cleaner forum like this one. I find steam forums to be a bad place for feedback myself although everyone has opinions on the matter.
MikeK Posted August 14, 2014 Posted August 14, 2014 I think Steam forums is a better place to deliver guidance and information to customers and prospects than to get any kind of coherent input or feedback. 1
