Shard list not able to be loaded?

Hey so I just recently purchased this game and could not play it due to the reason of the shard config not loading. I have forwarded the ports, turned off all antivirus, pinged ips. I can not even do the connection test, it just sits there and says retrieving shard list.. i need help please!

The problem could be caused by k9 web protection filter or similar to that filters, please check if you have any, also try to turn off windows brandmauer if it's on
