What benefits does starting a Clan give to a new crew?

What does the 100k clan give you as far as benifits?  I'm sure that you get a clan chat, is there anything else? 

 

We're just trying to contemplate if it's worth using all of our newbie money to rush the clan purchase, or if it's a better idea to hold off on that expense until we're rich?

Haven't seen really any difference honestly. We have s clan chat, but that's about it lol.
