Is it possible to capture anything in Bermuda?

To capture anything in Bermuda if your not British or pirate given to my understanding that you can't buy conquest flags from neutral ports and the trip is longer than the 1 hour limitation on said flags?

The Americans have proven it possible to capture ports on Bermuda. But it requires excellent coordination and navigation. Other nations may be too far away.

Given the travel time I don't see how it's possible unless you had really favorable winds.
