I´d like to say first, I love Naval Action.  I really do.

Things I would like to see:

 

The apparent speed of the ships in the OW map is too high. IMHO, this goes against immersion and the feeleing you are sailing at 10 or 15 kts. Ships look like fast boats.

 

Spyglass available in OW. Sailing is also about exploration, and it would be nice to have it.

 

I played for only 5 hrs, but so far only rain was the worst weather. May be it is already there, if not, I would like to face the dangers of being in a storm and the challenges it represents to go through it.

 

Beautiful game.

 

Edit: I just got from a local book store "Form Line of Battle" by Alexander Kent. Thank you Devs, with your sim you inspired me to do something I haven´t done for many many years.

do a long run, Then you will for sure form a different opinion about the speed on OW.

the first few times it might be cool with slow speeds, but it will become boring very soon after. The balance we have right now is pretty good.
