braginator Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Just recently, RitterHype, GB, jumped in my mission and took my prize by boarding. This is scavanging and since there is no in game mechanism to prevent this (admiralty punishment, malus etc.), I call it abuse. "Proof": http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=608630416 As there is nothing in the UI which could give me a hint that I am indeed doing "my mission", there is no more proof than that.
Diceman Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 (edited) A lot of this happening!! Had a guy jump in on me trying to capture a trader Lynx but I managed to kill all the crew and force the surrender just before he could get the boarding started... That was sweet!!! But it's not abuse. It's part of the game. Edited January 25, 2016 by Diceman
Henry d'Esterre Darby Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 There is currently a bug in missions that allows other players that are not in your group to get into them. The bug is slated for a fix soon. This is not currently against the rules, so I'm locking this thread. We apologize for the inconvenience, and suggest finding a more remote port from which to run missions to avoid interference.
