Contracts are for buying only, not selling. It just ensures that any goods sold in a particular port go to you, and not another player.

 

If you want to sell by fulfilling someone else's contract, you must advertise.

I created already a few selling contracts that were fulfilled (so i actually sold my goods)

Never tried "buy" contract though

If you press on "buying" or something like that on the creating contract window (mayve as contract type? Don't semember exactely) you can choose if you want to create a buyinng or selling contract

Selected sell, my selling fee was taken and so was all my Tar, but without any payment to me ? Totally gone now? Think I'll leave this until more is done re contracts. I only started crafting so as to build XP for later ship building etc.

If someone buysit fromtbe shop you will be notified, and once you sold them all redeem the contract and you'll get the gold.

If you want to sell istantly you should search the item on the shop and press sell
