Yes, you have the Dutch flag in game and you have Verenigde Provincieën Faction.

 

And the Dutch Faction has a pretty towns with dutch architectonic style. And the have a big and great community. Yersterday I was sailing in their territory and I saw plenty ships and players in the sea.

 

If that is your only concern, you can be sure about it.

 

About ship models, not actually but they are build them.

Verenigde Provincieën (Dutch) has a VERY active community. Lots of dutch players in, but also other nationalities. We have dutch towns (Willemstad, Fort Oranje, Fort Zoutman, etc) and in battle we sail under the dutch flag
