So while it's fresh on my mind I'll post it. The things that aren't currently doing it for me, they're functional for now but need revisiting:

 

•You need to be able to repair your fleet ships while in the open sea. When you accept multiple missions at once you don't want to have to return to harbor after the first one if one of your fleet gets heavily damaged to keep it from losing a durability / sinking in combat.

 

•AI, currently the enemy AI chooses a random target during each engagement  to  *circle* so to speak, and makes it a witch hunt. The enemy AI should be able to choose a target dynamically throughout combat depending on it's threat level and so forth. 

 

•Mission Rewards. While I think gold earned is on par with repair costs and still being able to make a living... notice the first two ranks have the same rewards, yet junior lt is slightly more difficult than midshipman rank. then you have 2nd lt and first lt, also the same reward for varying difficulties. The ships you face in combat may yield more XP based on the amount of Damage / Crew Damage you do to it, but it's not always feasible to get the most XP out of that enemy. Also, it can take up to an additional 15 minutes to wither the crew down just to get the full amount of XP from that enemy.

 

•AI Fleet Commands. There should be an option to 'decrew' the enemy ship as there is an option for destruction and crippling. Also, note that even when you specifically click on one of your AI to issue it a command, sometimes it issues it to all your AI ships.
