Personal Banners And Ensign Combinations.

Woukd be nice if the ensigns and banners, seen on our ships during a battle, are not random set. That players have the option to choice what for combination of banners and ensigns they have for their own ships.. as relative unique visible personal indentification signs for friend and foe.

Some ship customization would be great.. thinking about POTBS
