How Do You Raise Crafting Level Xp ?

I need level 5 for a Pickle BP. Sorry only playing for a week.

By crafting items or materials you will get xp. When reaching a certain amount you will rank up and get a larger labour hour poo, allowing you to craft more.

These hours will automaticly regenerate.

But what do you craft to start?

You start with simple things like planks and wooden fittings. You will need these items anyways to build you ship eventually.

Go to ship crafting tabs and write down what resources you need and what you need to craft them into. Then work of that list, im sure you will have ranked up several times before you everything assembled.
