Spitzenhund Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Right now me and plenty of my steam friends bought Naval Action. However we didn't know that each other owned the game (we were so involved just playing it). However some of us are British, some Spainish, few American and another Pirate. We want to all play together but one problem is that we would have to wipe our characters that range from lvl 2-4 and we all have quite a few ships and the redeemable ships. So i'm not sure what to do. I just want to play with my buddies but I don't want to lose 300k worth of gold and ships and quite a bit of xp.
Spitzenhund Posted January 23, 2016 Author Posted January 23, 2016 easy - meet up in a neutral port - hand over best ships/goods/,money to the guys in your group who's nation you're joining and then reroll That would require me to do multiple trips across the windward passage to get all my ships to a neutral port.
Elouda Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Or just move all your stuff into a neutral port or free town, and then attack someone of your own faction (player or AI) to go pirate...

Flavalicious Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Its a good idea if its done World of warcraft style where the admins give options to balance the factions. For example letting brits and pirates who are the 2 highest player base to change to spain and other factions that need players.
Spitzenhund Posted January 23, 2016 Author Posted January 23, 2016 (edited) This wasn't going to be an issue until they added the redeemables. Now I really don't want to have to restart and lose the ships. Edited January 24, 2016 by Spitzenhund
Voi_Ta Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Please as group choose other nation, there are already too many British.
