Some Xp Questions

I know a big part of XP is damage done, just curious how much more XP you get for pvp dmg vs ai dmg?

Is there a better way than fighting ai to earn XP. Even when I'm the sole dmg dealer and sink a ship I'm still only earning about 30ish xp a battle.

Currently where is the best place for pvp? I started out in Charleston but managed to get to West Bank before I logged off last night. Was hoping to see some players in the area but no luck yet.

pvp = 50% exp boost ( not sure tho)

 

in port pick small or large battles for pvp. 

 

if u do missions u can earn good exp. sinking ship 30 exp + mission reward 50 exp + 2k gold.  

 

Later in ranks u will get bigger ships  = more cannons = more damage = more exp. 

 

rank 5 with a frigate i use to do 300-500 exp per battle.  and so on. 

 

Game is slow at low rank but it goes up faster once u lvl up more.

To give a brief answer to your question; pvp gives 200% xp and gold compared to the 100% whilst fighting AI.

PVP is more rewarding but carries much more risk.

Like the lads say, ask for TDA or TF in USA chat - we dont bite  .
