Puppet Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 At this point the Tribunal is being used way to much to make baseless claims with overarching information like "groups of pirates" and zero evidence. We've already had the change where the tribunal isn't used for chat abuse anymore which is great but I think we need to go a step further. Admins can we please add some kind of consequence to creating tribunal threads that don't give specific information and have some type of evidence? These threads pointing out a large group do nothing but stir up drama and cause more toxicity than they solve. I'd even go so far as creating a new sticky with a format. What kinds of things belong in the tribunal, what sort of information should be included, ect.
SteelSandwich Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 Regardless if it is about the tribunal, this itself does not belong in the tribunal but the suggestion section.
Tomms123 Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 What SteelSandwich wrote. Suggestions belongs under the suggestions part of the forum. Moderator please move the thread or close it (would be better to move it)
Puppet Posted January 20, 2016 Author Posted January 20, 2016 (edited) There is a topic that is pretty much the same as this one already stickied in the Tribunal about the general online community as a whole. This one is just more aimed at the tribunal in and of itself. It could also go in the website/forum improvement/issues sections. That is semantics and (edit-rephrasing) it could go in three different locations based on the issue and precedence. A mod has moved it so be it doesn't need additional people commenting where they think it should go. The issue still stands the Tribunal section needs a overhaul with the influx of players coming in and the missuse that is currently happening which is creating more drama and toxicity within the NA community than its solving. SKurj. Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 Tribunal needs to go away, it will require too much management with a much larger player base. A different solution perhaps running off just the report button and then dealt with by admins offline.
