Please, make crew and sailors more real

All of them looks the same, the animation are poor and there are too few. I think that you should improve them in order to increase the inmersion.

Animated crew are "expensive" on framerates in a multi-player game.  We're all hopeful that once optimizations have been made later in the testing process that more crew can be added.
