Unfortunately my friend did not have enough saldo on his account but paypall sent it anyway. So, he did not pay enough.. How can this be solved? The missing saldo=11 cents Halp!

Ink Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 Kokerpiraat, You can try to send e-mail to support (at) navalaction.com , describe your problem and also include transaction id name on paypal account full address and email used for paypal purchase alternate email contact - some email providers have very severe filters (hotmail in particular) and just cut off our communication
Hexcaliber Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 If the payment was accepted by paypal the sale has already gone through, paypal pay the company for the goods and the customer owes the money to paypal. If the bank or credit card company reject payment after it is accepted by Paypal, his Paypal account will show a negative balance and Paypal will send him an email. Some banks/credit cards will honour the payment when it is presetned by paypal and pass a fine onto the customer for going outside their limit. .
