How to get the game after purchase?

If got a simple but importent question: Yesterday i got the steam-key and tried to use it. My problem now is that i dont know how to do it. If i use the search-function of steam i dont find naval-action. In fact i dont have much experience with steam  so maybe i dont know where ive to search.  Can somebody tell  the way to use my steam-key?

 

Im sorry if this question may be explained at other treads in this forum, but im afrait that my english is not good enough to search for it in hundreds of treads without getting completly confused. So be sorry about using a special topic for this.
