No upgrade slot, no knowledge slots, and medium cannon should be just as good as a 5/5 best upgrades and all knowledge slots if the captain is gud.

This is an historical refit, some remaining exemples can be seen now a days: From the picture, it is obviously a collector book including the French Rig Refit and Optimized Ballast. Positive impact: Cumulative effects of French Rig refit and Optimized Ballast, and maybe some Catapult effect when waves are big enough.
