Newbie questions. Requeriments?

I'm really interested in this game. But I have some questions, needed to be solved, before I can buy Naval action.

 

1-In the purchase page, is wrotten: "Processor. Minimum: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2 GHz or AMD Phenom™ II X4 B60 3.3 GHz". If I have an I5 4 cores with "only" a clock speed of 3.1 GHz, can I play naval Action? I use to play to games and sims, not in 4K, of course (12 RAM GB, 2GB AMD Graphic card). Anyone is playing Naval action with I5s under 3.2 GHz?

 

2-There is a way to buy this game without pay-pal? When will be released, the steam preorder?

1. your cpu is most likely fine

 

2. what GPU excactly do you have? as 2GB AMD graphics card ranges from something 5 year old or a 380 which is quite new

 

3. not yet, january we will most likely have a early acces steam release though so you can wait till then

I'll wait until steam release. There will be ships on sale, them? Because today, you can buy a royal yacht of 20$ at a bargain price of 10$, but it suggests that more ships will be on sale. I use to dislike small and big ships. So I would prefer to pay only for the game, and then choose a premium ship, mid size, under my own preferences.
