Italian section suggestion

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to suggest and discuss the option of creating an italian section for all the fellow italian players! (me included eheh) It would be a good way to start gathering italian people and maybe attract more italian players. I think we are in a good number already, enough to have our own section. Let me know what you think, and most importantly if you think this is not needed or superfluous, thank you.
