Issue With Log In on Startup

Hello all. It has been a while since I have played NA, so naturally I had to download the past update on Steam before I could play. After the download finished I selected to "play Naval Action" and the game appeared to load normally. Then I got taken to this screen which I attached below, and nothing happens. I click refresh, nothing happens, I click back, nothing, even the exit button doesn't work. Any suggestions? Spent 30 minutes on the forums looking for a similar issue and haven't seen anything.

Log out of steam and log back in, restart app first.

Please try complete deleting and re-installing of the game, reason could be corrputed client files.

If this does not help, please use Manual crash reporting system or Manual logs upload ( http://forum.game-labs.net/index.php?/topic/2892-technical-problems-reporting-guide-known-issues-and-their-solutions/ ) in order for us to research reason of the issue

Thank you for the quick replies fellas. It appears that uninstalling and reinstalling the game fixed the issue. Thanks for the help!
