Bart Smith Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 http://store.steampowered.com/app/418180/ Dear devs please dont go this way:P 2
Arvenski Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 (edited) You know, despite being pirate-fantasy bollocks with somewhat dated graphics, that actually doesn't look too bad. It doesn't look as bad as I expected it to, anyway. Or at least it didn't until that sea monster showed up at the end of the trailer... :lol Edited December 4, 2015 by Arvenski

Prater Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 I think I saw an early version of that game a few months ago. Are those meteors falling from the sky? Are there wizards or something?
Henry d'Esterre Darby Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 I put on my robe and wizard hat... 1
William the Drake Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 (edited) Looks like a rather shoddy hodgepodge Frankenstein game of Wind of Luck, PotCO, and PotBS... that said if you dig the fantasy/arcade style it probable isn't that bad. Meteors on command? I swear if there isn't a skill to summon the Kraken i will be very disappointed. Edited December 5, 2015 by William the Drake 1
PIerrick de Badas Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 looks not so bas tbh but there is many games like that on steam this lasts months. NA will be the only realistic one. The interface looks not so bad too. I love the idea of being able to "decorate" ships to get a unique ship. I would gladly spend irl money to get my own ships with a special figurehead or special color like the camouflage in wot or clothes in many f2p.
Powderhorn Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 So, when do we get to open whirlpools in port battles?
SirThorne Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 At least this suggests interest in our genre of game. It is unfortunate that this game will lose appeal to the masses due to its lack of silly fantasy elements.
Magnum Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 Or perhaps it will gain appeal due to it's lack of silly fantasy elements (I'm looking at you fog machine ). 1
Llewellyn Jones RN Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 Tbh I will be glad if we don't see fantasy features they ruined PotBS for me. 1

jodgi Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 Fire from the sky, flamethrowers, and monsters... Must be porn for someone, but who?
