How to exit the open world beta?

Hello guys, some time ago I joined the open world by using a key. I can't remember the process anymore.

My question is, how do I join the non open world game? The one where a player could only do the naval encounters? Like Trafalgar and so on?

You cant do that anymore, they romeved that months ago, there are events however which are similar style, you need to get your ship from the open world though
