Forum's chat functionality

what's up with the forum's chat function? I tried the link and it says:

• Contact the community administrator

 

Could be nice to have a chat option as it would be much quicker to discuss certain ideas before posting them.

I tried to join the Chat on the top, is it disabled for now? Or only for Testers?

I'm a tester and don't have access. The forum just uses a pre-made model with a lot of sections not filled out yet.

We could also use steam. An official group should be created, and anybody would be able to use the steam chat (without the need to be adding each other as "friend")
