Captain, what connection type you use, wi-fi or cable?

1187 ms ping in one of your recent reports might incdicate on temporary connection issues which lead to disconnect from the server. In case you have wi-fi, do you have a temporary option to test the game with the cable connection instead?

Also, what is the bandwidth? Perhaps lag happens when someone else at home start to using internet heavly (like streaming etc.)?

that is one way an internet connection can slow down however i live in a place where the trees detour the signal so internet can be troublesome on normal wi-fi so when i play naval action i use 4G phone net works smoother.

Have had problems on the PVE server with many stops and restarts. Today I was ready to cap a Trader Snow and the server would not pop the "G" for boarding even though both my ship and the trader were stopped dead in the water and side by side. What is happening? Found too that the many starts and restarts are sometimes followed by screen graphics issues. Have even had one ship stop and then start sinking?? Are the other servers having issues too?  Great game, but lately it is becoming extremely frustrating in that I cannot control the errors.

What is your character name? Have you sent connection test reports? Also, did you notice any ping leaps? (e.g. your general ping is 30 ms but you see 500 ms etc.)

In response to Ink. Did send some prior reports. Did notice today that pings went from high of 130 then dropped to 0. After awhile, pings started up again to 127. Had 3 of same stops today. My game name on PVE is Blackbeard 8.

Could you please send fresh connection test report as well (right away disconnect issues happens). Also, did you try to verify integrity of game cache (right click on NA in steam lib->properties->local files)?

well yesterday 07-02-17 there was a freeze for all the ships in the OW for about 3-4  seconds 

and after that, the game catched up ,and we saw a 1-second speedboat  > to the original time position in the OW map. (calculated after 4 seconds in 1/2 second)

the game server just was running normal it seemed, but the connection to the server had a freeze or disconnection for 3-4 seconds that happened 2 times within a minute 

after that it was running normal again.

it seemed a regional host data connection issue from our point of view

Hello, i've had disconnect issues on PVPone EU these days, and another one tonight, during screening battle. I managed to reconnect quickly but was almost dead, too bad because it was a good fight so far. Anyway I ran a "Report Connection Test" under number 559949, my ingame nickname is "Cosmao Kerjulien". I have a 20Mbps internet connection and no major problem with it habitually. The first time it was in the middle of the night (server time) with barely no load on the server (ping 17, ~150-200 players maybe), and tonight it was under heavy load (ping 150, >600 players).

Constantly tag ships for battle, go to loading screen. "Connecting to battle: timer." "Press Shift+Esc to leave battle.". Shift+Esc does not work. I have to Alt F4 out of the game. Battle never loads. Cannot rejoin game until the battle timer ends. Lost Dura 1 time, mostly I come out badly damaged (stopped engaging hard enemies). This occurs about 80% of the time I engage something. Even occurs when being sucked into a battle from a friendly.

Open world works just fine, Ports work just fine, zero lag in-game, Ping sits around 170 which is normal.

There are ping leaps on some nodes in traceroute which may cause the problem, it looks like a temporary connection issues between you and the server.

I have opened ports 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036,

I have not opened ports 7401-7600 as I have to individually open each port in my router.

Norton is Disabled, no other firewalls or extensions are running.

7401-7600 are instance ports, the issue you described is what those ports are for - you cannot enter the battle although it is running ok

Добрый день. После установки игры, и выбора сервера, я начал создавать своего персонажа. С этим проблем не вышло. Но она появилась в следующем: как только я нажимаю кнопку START, то на экране абсолютно ничего не меняется. Только слева в нижнем углу появляется чёрная точка, и всё. Я посчитал сначала это долгой загрузкой, но прошло уже пол часа, а экран так и не изменился.

Скорее всего блокируются необходимые для игры порты.

Данные порты должны быть открыты:
7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600

Подскажите, а куда вводить порт от игры? В какой именно момент?

данные порты должны быть открыты для игры в настройках вашего антивируса или файрволла
