client data corrupted error?

everytime I start the game today it says client data corrupted, verify game cache. so I have done this with in steam, and it still gives me the problem. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game with the same issue. any Ideas?

Unfortunately, it's Steam error, can you please restart your PC, delete the game and reinstall it again

You can also try to delete all game files manually (using Windows explorer), and verify game cache afterwards. If it will not help, please use "Report crash" Steam launch option so that we will look into reason by logs
