When is it available for pre-order again?

I found this game about 5 days ago now, and I have always thought I wanted an open world, multiplayer age of sails game. But there aren't many and the few that there are have never cut it. Until now, I am so pumped for this game although I can't get it.

When will it be available for pre-ordering again?

I have also heard that you can request a key, what is the deal with that? Is that true, if so I am interested in looking into that.

Edit: Also wondering what the price will be. Almost forgot that part...
