When to expect a key to naval action.

Hi all, i emailed the gamelabs company to request access, i got allowed to buy into the access in order to help test, ive just done that. When should i expect a code to be emailed to me?, i am unbeleivably exited to try this game and help test it.

First of all there are many topics on this.

Second. The keys are sent via email every Thursday or Friday at 8 pm or something Kiev time.

NOTE: The key email may turn up in your Junk email folder so keep an eye out.

I really hope I didn't delete an email from them. I have been wanting to play this game since I was told about it back in February.

wow, I have sent 2 emails over the past 8 months and figured I would be patient yet I see people join, email them and be in within days.....this is highly frustrating

We reply to all emails personally - direct contact with users is extremely important for us, even if it is very time consuming. 

 

If you have not received the reply it means only one thing our letters don't get through to you. Spam filters - some providers cut everything that might be considered spam especially if it contains links.

There must be another way of getting in without making a new email if that is the case as I sent a 3rd email yesterday, i.e the messaging system on this forum? Its the same email address as my account, maybe I'm just cursed to be a landlubber...

Well now I feel like a complete fool, It turns out I may have gotten the end of the email address wrong, I would just like to apologise for my whiny moment above when It appears to be my own stupidity's fault, I shall now use the correct email and hopefully get a response
