Estimated release date

I have been watching Naval Action with great anticipation, just waiting for the chance to get it and blow ships apart. I have told friends and family about this game and my father is as eager to play it as I am. He keeps asking if I know when it's being released, so I have come to the forum bearing this question:

 

"Is there an estimated time for release, or when a new batch of of games are sold early?"

 

If there is no "estimated release date" or even a concrete release date then I wish you luck in a (hopefully) speedy development

They said on facebook about half a month ago that Early Access release on Steam is estimated to be 1-2 months away.

they don't give firm release dates for anything they just tell you when it's ready they will announce it

And a couple months ago they said they wanted it to be a week or two from then, didn't they?

just judging by the state of the game and the pace that its being updated, I would say we are still pretty far away, not a lot of "stuff" to justify people to buy and play the game yet.

Progress has been very quick, less then a month we have a brand new awesome boarding systrm, basic supply/demand trading, 4-ish new ships, and countless other tweeks. Progress is very acceptable, we are just missing the polished artwork

"We have to wipe the data next week with the introduction of first iteration of crafting prototype. "  So craft is almost here. That was one of the major things to be added.

Hopefully port battles are to be added soon after that (this post sounds promising).

Several more ships are on the way. 

As for me "Early Access release on Steam in 2 months" sounds realistic

Honestly steam launch tommorow would still make NA above average for a EA title....
