By bribe option I mean that we can spend gold to let a port allow us to dock for 24 hours or ask their ships to leave us alone for 1 day in game

Neutral ports currently fulfill this function. As or bribing enemies, I think it should only work for bribing pirates not nationals and only those pirates that are in on the deal.

i am not sure but i think i can't add friends of others nations too. i would like to do it to see who is online and make a group to have a separate chat channel. can't see any problems about that.
