Teleport

I understand that this will be just for the testing stage but how about keeping it and having one other destination that you activate in the required port.

 

 

What I'm getting at is some of us like to explore but its a long way to travel back once you have had enough. Find a port activate nominate teleport, then you can teleport back to capital and when you want to carry on your exploring adventures you can teleport back to the port you activated teleport from.

 

I think the time limit cool down should remain and there may be other safe guards which would need to be introduced to stop unscrupulous use.
