SeamanStaines Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 I entered a battle close to San Juan Puerto Rico and exited on the coast of Florida. Anyone else had a similar problem? 1
SeamanStaines Posted June 17, 2015 Author Posted June 17, 2015 What is even more curious is that I entered the port of "Mosquitos" and the name changed to "New Town" when I was still in port?
MikedaBike Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 You do know the barrels with R.U.M. stamped on them are in fact NOT water...right?? 1
SeamanStaines Posted June 17, 2015 Author Posted June 17, 2015 Yeah its possible the entire crew were drunk
admin Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 Next time it happens definitely report it through the bug report tool. We need to check the exit entry logs for battle and such.
SCL Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 You should probably check your warp drive. Lol. I just canne do it captn she doesnt hav the power! 1
SeamanStaines Posted June 17, 2015 Author Posted June 17, 2015 I did report it on f11. Fortunately its not happened since.
Bart Smith Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Well it happend to me today twice...from Yucatan to Scarborough and from South Cuba to Port of Spain...game unplayable for me because of this. Reported both by F11...still nothing...
Prater Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Well it happend to me today twice...from Yucatan to Scarborough and from South Cuba to Port of Spain...game unplayable for me because of this. Reported both by F11...still nothing... They have to look into the issue....unplayable? How are they supposed to fix the issue if you stop testing the game and submitting reports so that they can't find the issue? Again, they have to look into the issue. Have you ever had to bug hunt before? Look through lines of code? Figure out why something isn't working right? Give them time to find the issue.
Bart Smith Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Quite simple. Dont have few hours spare time to sail back to my homeport where i keep my ships and mods for them...not complaining just saying;-) This is quite huge bug dont you think?
SeamanStaines Posted June 19, 2015 Author Posted June 19, 2015 Since it happened the first time I have had no further instances, a couple of times the port names came up wrong but otherwise okay. It appears to be a spurious issue.
Balsafer Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 I entered in a battle near Galdona's exited up by St Johns I F'11ed it
Bart Smith Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Two of my mates have same issue today they are newcomers to OW...They get teleported after battle near MT to Puerto Rico and South Cuba...seems like random choice...i told them report next time by F11
DesertRat Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 I just had this same issue. I was testing my captured Renommee and entered a battle within sight of port Jereme. When I exited the battle, I was near Plymouth, LOL, I was going to head that way anyways, but the teleporting is a problem.
Chromey Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 The mountain is high, the valley is low, and you're confused 'bout which way to go, So I flew in to give you a hand, and lead you into, the promised landChorus:Come on and take a free ride, (free ride) come on and take it by my side, come on and take a free ride!
admin Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 We are struggling to reproduce this issue please do this after it happens... Forget about the your ship or safety even if you are chased or attacked etc. Dont move dont enter ports etc. report f11 and write a PM to this guy on forum http://forum.game-labs.net/index.php?/user/1789-raskolnikoff/ we have to look at server logs and your logs immediately after it happened. 3
