boarding enemy ships

Hi fellow shipmates is it me or is there anyone else out there having problems boarding an enemy ship. Five attempts left side of the ship, right side of the ship kissing the enemy but yet, no boarding facility ie press G, meanwhile i am firing grape he is firing ball guess what i am taking more damage than him, i have nearly 200 crew and he has 30 odds left for example but it is me who is dam well sinking because i cannot board him. Frustrating agravating time consumeing no xp no gold no prize what the hell is going on. Enough is enough stick the gold i am just going to sink them in future, there is no point in trying to capture a prize and end up leaving the game more damaged than he is. Is it a glitch or a bug or is it me.

If you or your enemy are traveling over, 5 kts I think it is, you won't get a boarding prompt.  Once you both slow down a bit, it should pop right up.

 

If you're sure you were going slowly enough, please F11 and fill out the form while it's happening so the developers can review.

I think a beak contact for the boarder needs to be added for ships that catch fire while boarding.

[Symptom]

Arrrg! When boarding another ship, you must take the following steps:

 

1 - Give the command "Prepare to board!!"

 

2 - Be sure while crossing over to the other ship, you are firing your blunderbuss first.

 

3 - Draw your swords and begin to take no prisoners

 

4 - Commandeer the ship and make the Captain walk the plank!!

 

 

The ship is ours!! Arrrrrrrg!!

As far as boarding both ships speed have to be below 5Knts (get them as the trun thru wind)

aslo you have to be close enough to get the G (board) on your screen
