Well, in case of blocked destination port, maybe you must spawn in open sea with the hired Linx and break the blockade for enter, or choose the next friendly or neutral port without blockade and try pass the blockade in a Basic Linx.

 

My idea is for save the long travel in a Linx for change of spawn outpost making it offline but without exploits. And disabled shop and alternative next port is exploit proof I think.

 

But I would pass other mechanic for exploiting of course.

1 teleport per 7 hours as it now, but instead of only your capital, you can select outposts aswell.  So instead of 1 place to go to, you have 4 most likely.

With such a huge map, 4 locations, every 7 hours, seems marginal and doable.

Add spawning with limited timer , same as teleport. Player can spawn at any friendly port once every 10 mins and has to pay (x amount of gold). Timer will prevent people from jumping too much .

Not in favor. What with the ability to log off and then log on again this is tantamount to teleporting. It will no longer be a big world

There is a need of some short of "move me from this port to another the map" function.

To where you got other ships.

 

My friend is playing and he is across the map and I want to play with him...

My port is blockaded, and I don't want to play pvp but want to play the game for a bit.

 

I actually think the PotBS solution was fine... if it had only been possibly every x hour.

 

 

You get the point.

Putting a timer on how often it can be done is the way to do it.

Changing Clones in EVE is what? 24hours?

I think 6-8 would be fine.
