Error when connecting to OW

Yesterday i was playing the OW fine with no problems, however when i come back today i only get login queue request failed.

I have tried returning to Sea trials and back restarted steam and my computer. I have tried to log in in instead of steam. I know the servers are up since a friend is on the game currently. Does anyone have any fixes for this?

After a good 2-3 hours of non stop trying it actually worked. Anyone else having similar issues?

Well I was playing this morning fine and now I cannot connect.

 

Message is as follows - Error: Login queue request failed

Steam's API isn't always incredibly reliable from what I understand.  After restarting Steam (or just restart your PC if you're unsure how to actually exit and restart Steam), make sure you first open/log in to Steam, then click the Play button in your library for Naval Action (don't trust the Naval Action link in your start menu or anywhere else).  If it still doesn't work, keep mashing the Login button in the game for a bit and it should work after a bit.

 

I know it's a pain in the rear, I've been caught up in it too.  If the above still doesn't work, please post here again.

Yeah sorry I did not see the reply, I restarted steam a few times then it seemed to work
