Admaa Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 I like to listen to classical whislt playing. I do this on most games, but am infact a bit of a metal head. I just find classical helps me concentrate on me dying in game. 3
Mirones Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 around 8min 23 chaseing someon down in a storm like a ghost ship
William the Drake Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 For those of you sailing for the English crown:
Lerxst Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 Classical, mostly for the authenticity. Tell me you can listen to this without immediately wanting to load the movie up and watch it! Although I'll go with this one for the more heart-pounding adventure feel:
Rutger Van Hoorn Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I'm not in the game yet, but I can imagine playing all kinds of other game music. One game compose I quite like is Jeremy Soule. He composed the music for the last 3 Elder Scrolls games including Skyrim, and some of my favorite music overall: Total Annihilation & TA Kingdoms. Some of the TA music would fit quite well If Game Labs could have him write some stuff for the game that'd be awesome IMO, but I know I'm dreaming...
Cuthbert Collingwood Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 If I'm up for a good fight and the French are getting stroppy this usually fits the mood. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BgmjLHy7gmQ
Darkholder Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I realize it's for a tank anime, but I'll most likely be listening to the OST for 'Girls und Panzer'!
Cuthbert Collingwood Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 'Girls und Panzer'! Came across that courtesy of Jingles on You Tube. Had me chewing the carpet laughing when I was watching somer of the episodes. Only the Japanese could come up with that. :D 1
Lord Hood Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Hearts of Oak or Rule Britannia is my general soundtrack.
Balck Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Came across that courtesy of Jingles on You Tube. Had me chewing the carpet laughing when I was watching somer of the episodes. Only the Japanese could come up with that. :D Hetzer carrying the weight of a Maus... riiiiiight. Anyways, thought I'd share a few more: From the Seven Year's War For the Rats among us Handel's Sarabande re-arranged for Barry Lyndon. For when you're out of repairs And more Handel becuase, well, he's awesome! Last one. Purcell's Rondeau from Abdelazar.
Hethwill, the Red Duke Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Given yesterday the game put me under la tricoleur all the time...

Elisabeth Vissersch Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 I really like this one from Bach, Prelude, Cello Suite No. 1 in G Major, although I doubt it would fit when you are in battle. BWV 1007 But my favourite is Don't forget your old shipmate
Balck Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 Brits when N.A. releases France crashes the party Bruckner to get the juices flowing. 1
Otsego Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 All of the Taste of Chaos Ensemble covers of Mastodon are awesome. Mastodon is great stuff. Hearts Alive is my favourite song. TheLast Baron and The Czar: Usurper/Escape/Martyr/Spiral also nice songs. There are some other good songs, i especially like those that are close to Tool. 1
UltraVires Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 Lot's of great stuff on here... but I had to put this up... because... "He Task's me! He task's me, and I shall have him! I'll chase him round the moons of Nebir, round the Antares Maelstrom, and round perdition's flames before I give him up!!!"

One-Eyed Willy Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 The sweet, sweet music of water splashing against the sides of my ship, the sound of wind in the sails, the roar of cannon fire & the splintering of wood of my enemy's ship.
