Basically most of the ports in the Bahamas are rat. There are a half dozen British Ports and some a few neutral ones thrown in as well.

More to add:

Cayman Brac: Cayman Islands, the north eastern of the three.

Santanillos: this one is barely on google maps but is on winds map. Southwest of Grand Cayman

Cayo Romano: North side of Cuba, middle of the island. you can find it on google maps i believe or it is on Winds map.

Apalachicola: East of Mobile on the Florida pan handle.

Las Sabinas: Two cities north of Tampa.

 

all of Cuba is explored so their isnt many rat ports there.
