How do you Sign up for the game?

IF you are registered are you automatically signed up or do you need to wait till purchase is available?

Right now, the forums are disconnected from the game itself.  Once the game has reached the next stage of testing, I believe they plan to pre-release it and make it available on Steam.  You'll have to buy a copy then to gain access.

Not as of yet.  Open World testing is expanding next week, hopefully testing will continue to proceed at a good pace.

I've gained access during 3-4 days this week. All you have to do is write an email to their support and they will allow you to preorder(hidden link or something).Then wait for Friday to receive your key and activate game on steam. Hope it helped.

P.S this method was suggested by Admin and it worked fine.

If you can prove yourself to be willing and proactive enough by contacting them then its likely they will allow you to purchase.
