Anyone have any suggestions( preferably micro center or best buy) of a out of the box system for about 750 dollars? Building is out of the question, so I could use some help on this if anyone could.

Why is building out of the question? Are you afraid to do it, cause if so, it is a lot easier than it looks/sounds/tends to be told.

And its so much cheaper.

Last 2 electronic anything I put together ended very badly. No matter how easy it is I just find a way to ruin it lol. If I went the build route I would have to have someone assemble it.

That and computer builds are politics and religion. Seen many discussions get heated quickly and I don't know enough to know who is right and wrong.

Naval Action is heavy on the GPU, so pick the best video card you can afford (with dx11 and shader 5) and build the system around it.

Fair enough. If you have a local computer store they will often charge a 50$ fee to assemble, which, if you can find a store that does it, will save you money still compared to buying a prebuilt.

Also where are you from? If your from the US or  Canada I can give you some prebuilt ideas.

Try a barebones kit. Newegg or TigerDirect usually have good deals on those at $200-300 and then you could invest in a higher end card and monitor.
