Campaign has improved a lot

Coming back to play this game again I must say the campaign improved a lot.

1. Its no longer as easy to stay ahead in tech.

2. Enemies sometimes declare war on you even without effort to provoke them.

3. Its actually challanging for me to stay alive (legendary difficulty) and its a constant struggle rather a single short war followed by totally broken enemies that never are a threat again.

 

Thanks for all the effort on balancing it made the game the most fun it has ever been.
