BB1 Posted November 5, 2024 Posted November 5, 2024 Windows 7 Ultimate, no game mods, Austro-Hungary, Legendary difficulty, create own fleet, 1890 start, Game version: 1.6.1.2 1) (current and previous) When creating your own fleet at the beginning of a campaign, if all sliders are set to zero, then you get a large bump to your available funds when going from the design/build preturn to turn 1. 2) (new) Having minor allies appears to now _cost_ your economy. 3) When you have positive naval funds and a positive income, choices and events can make you go negative without having an auto-funds increase by the government, but when you have negative naval funds and barely enough positive income to make up for it, it is possible to have said auto-funds increase by the government, even though there were no choices or events that would otherwise affect your budget. 4) Research costs for the same result appears to go up significantly during war time.
