Screen resolution not available

My monitor runs at 3440x1440, but the max the game allows is 2560x1440, is there a way to fix this?

Also, I prefer to run in windows full screen mode, so that when I move the mouse onto another screen, it doesn't go away.  Sadly, every time I click outside the game, it gets minimized.  Is there a way to fix this?
