mod posible moding late game upgrade?

hello,

i know the game have a unlimitit late game upgrade system for all system (gun,towers,armor etc)

i want modding this so some late game upgrade bring more as 1%.

did soem one know who i can do this?

 

and some one posted a way to mod or better unlock bigger guns on smaller ships.

in waht file i finde this?

You can edit that in the "technologies" file.

To add bigger guns on ship classes you need to edit the class inside the file "shipTypes".
